We took a visit to our local Fish Farm located in the village thanks to Jack's dad Robert. He showed us around and explained all the things that happen at his work.

For the second part of PE today we played Rounders. There were lots of cheering on and great encouragement from everyone.

Andrew's dad came into show the pupils what he does and the animals he catches. The pupils had great fun picking up prawns, lobsters, hermit crabs, squat lobsters and starfish.

Mrs R's daughter and work colleague came into school and talked to the pupils about their jobs. Heather explained what she does with the horses and what a typical day is for her.

PC Joanne Graham - Police Liason Officer came and talked to the pupils about her job and what it entails. She showed us the equipment she carries and even let us try on the handcuffs.

We went on a visit to Lochgilphead Fire Station.

Jack's mum came into talk to us about the work she does at the Doctors Surgery. She brought things with her for us to guess what they were - that was fun.

Jessica's mum came in to talk to us about her job as a paralegal. She explained what she did and what it is like to work at Kilmory.
