We went on a visit to Lochgilphead Fire Station. David who is a Community Safety Officer talked to us about the role of a firefighter, what they wear and why, how to be safe in the home and school and then took us on a visit around the staion ending at the fire appliance. We got to sit in the fire truck and try on a fire fighters uniform.
